Poppy Parcel ships within the United States only.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your parcel is on its way.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has been handed off. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@poppyparcel.com and we will do our best to help.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Refund & Return Policy
All Poppy Parcel sales are final. Due to the curated mystery nature of our parcels, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will review on a case-by-case basis.

All sales are final. Poppy Parcel reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value within any parcel if a selected item becomes unavailable. Exact colors, styles, and combinations will vary — the surprise is part of the experience.
Poppy Parcel is not responsible for parcels that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
