Poppy Parcel mystery boxes are final sale.
Because each parcel is hand-curated as a surprise assortment, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Exact colors, styles, and item combinations will vary. The surprise is part of the Poppy Parcel experience.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@poppyparcel.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the concern and, if approved, may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
By purchasing from Poppy Parcel, you understand that each box is a curated mystery assortment and that all sales are final.
