Poppy Parcel offers curated mystery boxes featuring surprise assortments of bag charms, keychains, decorative accessories, and giftable accents. Product photos may show examples of the style, variety, and types of pieces we curate, but exact colors, styles, and combinations will vary.

No two parcels are ever exactly the same. Each parcel is curated from our current rotating assortment.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree that the product you are purchasing is a curated mystery box. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory issues, or shipping limitations.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged due to the mystery-box nature of the product.

Shipping
